Morrell Steed Robinson to Elsie Lerch, July 29, 1959

Robinson, Morrell Steed

A letter from Morrell to Lois' mother, Elsie, thanking her for her letter, apologizing for not writing the previous week, sharing that Lois has been struggling emotionally but seems to be recovering and that he hopes their family trip to Havana will help her recover further, assuring her that he loves and supports Lois as always, explaining that he suspects the recent understaffing at the clinic and Steed's illness likely contributed to Lois' struggles, mentioning that the understaffing at the clinic is being addressed, praising the two Emory students who have been helping with the summer church work, mentioning that some family friends will be in Clearwater and have offered the family use of their home in Havana while they are gone, assuring her that he has not forgotten the request for a photograph of George, and sending greetings to the family's friends in Clearwater.
