A letter from Lois to her parents, Donald and Elsie, sharing that her week isn't too busy with school and housekeeping, describing how cold the weather has been, informing them that the family will be with them for Christmas Day and that Morrell might go to Jacksonville while the rest of the family stays in Clearwater, suggesting that they put Esther in with Lois and Morrell so the children don't wake each other up and that they should put any breakables well out of reach of the baby, and giving an update on the children.
