A letter from Lois to her family reporting that Morrell is soon to return from his trip to Havana and Jacksonville and that he was successful in his business there, sharing news of her and Steed's health, describing a party that was held in honor of the outgoing President of the Women's Society and that both the President and she herself received gifts, thanking them for their previous letter, listing the items that she would like them to bring when they come to visit Cuba as well as ideas for gifts they might bring for Steed, and thanking them for the magazines.
