A letter from Lois to her family expressing her relief and satisfaction in being able to be of more use in the church and clinic now that she and Morrell have a better handle on Spanish, describing how the family and their friends celebrated Lois' birthday, sharing that Steed is in need of a new playmate, providing an update on the clinic and the head doctor there, describing the weather, sharing about her experience going with another woman to a rural community to do some public health work and evangelistic work, giving an update on her pregnancy, reporting that the local mangoes are in season and that she is learning better how to grocery shop effectively, and sharing updates on all the trouble Steed has been getting up to.
